|Jacob Rieger became the fifteenth
Brossart player to join the Mustangs
elite 1,000 Point Club.
He did so against Cooper on
January 12th, 2010
He finished his career with 1229
points placing him sixth all-time.
Jake was elected the 2010
KABC 10th Region Player of the
Year - He is the first-ever Brossart
player to be so recognized.
He graduated from Hanover College
where he played three years (DL
Junior Year) of college basketball.
|Justin Saunders, who graduated in the
spring of 2013, became the 16th
member of the St. Mary/Bishop
Brossart 1,000 Points Club on
Saturday, January 5th when he scored
30 points against Campbell County in
the Crosstown Classic.
Justin Saunders finished his career
with 1297 points, good enough for
5th Place on the all-time scorers list.
|Coach Willie Schlarman and
Contributor Dave Schabell have
since joined Nathan, Justin Seiter,
and Evan McDole in the 10th
Region Hall of Fame.
Schabell was inducted in the
spring of 2009 and joined by
Coach Schlarman in March of
|On Friday, January 24th, 2014 Alex
Trentman became the fourth player in
the Mike Code era, and the 17th
player in St. Mary/Brossart history to
score 1,000 points.
Alex finishes his career with 1137
points, ranking him 11th overall on
the Brossart All-Time Scorers list.
