If you are coming via I-75 take the Newtown Pike (Exit 115) exit and proceed towards town on Newtown Pike for about a mile to Route 4 (New Circle Pike). Take a right onto New Circle Road and continue to Harrodsburg Road (about five miles). Take a left onto Harrodsburg Road (towards town) and turn right at the first light onto Pasadena. Stay on Pasadena for about 3/4 of a mile to Clays Mill Road. Take a left onto Clays Mill Road for two blocks. LexCath will be on your right.
Coming to Lexington on US27 continue straight into town on US27/68 (Broadway Street) past Transylvania University and Rupp Arena. Pass the Red Mile and the Campbell House. Clays Mill will be your first light past the Campbell House. Turn left onto Clays Mill. LexCath will be about a mile ahead on your left.
While there think of creative ways to place a similar facility on the site of the present old Alexandria Fire Department. The LexCath Athletic complex was built with a 3.2 million dollar donation from Junior Johnson a close personal friend of then Head Coach Danny Haney. Unfortunately Coach Code possesses no such influential friends. |
